Older people who have been hospitalized for 24 hours or more than 1 day will receive a physical health assessment, mental health, social health and functional ability.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older people who have been hospitalized for 24 hours or more than 1 day. 2. Older people have a good level of consciousness. 3. Able to communicate in Thai. 4. Consent to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Person suffering from breathlessness or severe symptoms. 2. Intubation or mechanical ventilation. 3.Those who are terminally ill who are unable to provide information.
