Patient who had immediate implant placement in posterior tooth area for 3-5 years, with crown restoration after the implant placement for at least 2 months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. History of a maxillary or mandibular posterior tooth extraction due to reinfection of endodontically treated tooth, trauma, caries, vertical root fracture or unrestorable condition and had implant replacement immediately during year 2016-2018 at Advanced General Dentistry clinic, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University 2. The immediate implant placement was placed with Straumann, SLActive implant 3. Restoration with single crown after immediate implant placement for at least 2 months (conventional loading protocol)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will deny to attend the research project
