Conditions

As a result of the spontaneous floating patella in ESRD and long -term hemodialysis, the condition will develop until leading to disable life . Therefore, even surgical repair and reconstruction had several techniques, the patient still occur inconclusive results, which causes pain and limited activity. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ESRD with long term hemodialysis 2. spontaneous quadriceps and patella tendon ruptured

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe medical comorbidity and contraindication to surgery
