Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary OA knee undergoing Computer-navigated total knee arthroplasty 2. age 18-80 years old 3. normal conciousness level 4. BMI 18.5-39.9 kg/m2 5. informed and consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe knee deformity 2. inflammatory joint disease 3. Bleeding tendency or taking antiplatelet/anticoagulant 4. history of venous thromboembolism 5. severe medical comorbidities such as CKD stage 3, uncontrolled hypertension 6. contraindicated for tourniquet such as peripheral vascular disease, calcific popliteal vessel, previous arterial bypass graft, peripheral neuropathy
