Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All individuals with T2DM who had completed surveillance of diabetic complications during the year 2015-2017 2. Regularly follow-up for at least 3 times per year in Theptarin Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non Type 2 DM 2. Incomplete diabetic complications during the year 2015-2017 3. Incomplete relevant data in medical records
