Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai patients with type 2 DM patients 2. Established coronary artery disease ( by results of stenosis at least 50% from coronary angiogram)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Thai 2. Non- Type 2 DM 3. No evidence of stenosis or stenosis less than 50% from coronary angiogram 4. Patients denied to participant and give consent for blood collections
