Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Closed humerus shaft fracture Age between 20-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurovascular injury, history of humerus fracture, abnormal bone morphology, open fracture and delayed fracture fixation of more than 6 weeks
