Interventions

Participants will be given Cordyceps sinensis in 100 ml of mixture solution to consume once a day after meal in the evening for 4 consecutive weeks, meanwhile, they trained in a normobaric hypoxic FiO

18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. VO2max values greater or equal to 40 ml/kg/min, 2. not exposure to altitude (>1,500 m) at least 6 months, 3. experience in soccer Thailand university league competition at least 1 year, 4. regularly trained at least 3 days/week for a minimum of one year, 5. no history of severe injury at least 6 months, 6. Do not consume any nutritional supplements, multi-vitamins, or contraceptive pills at least 3 months, 7. No history of allergic reaction for all herbs and supplements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. attend less than 80% of training period (10 sessions out of 12 sessions), 2. musculoskeletal injuries during training, 3. not continue to participate in the study
