Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thalassemia patient diagnosed by HPLC method 2. Accept to enrollment and give an inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inherited metabolic disorders 2. Liver disease 3. Renal parenchymal disease (eGFR < 60) 4. Other hemolytic anemia 5. Multiple myeloma 6. Malignancy 7. Active infection 8. Chronic alcohol drinking
