Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were; 18 to 35 years of age; 32-34 weeks gestational age and receiving care at the antepartum clinic until 37-41+6 weeks of pregnancy; understanding of the Thai language; admission to the labour unit in the active phase; possession and ability to use their smart phone and deliver their newborns at the study hospital. Exclusion criteria, at the antenatal clinic were: 1) high anxiety score (> 70); high fatigue score (>70); high lactate level (> 4)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria in the labor room were; high-risk pregnancy; instrumental vaginal delivery; and C/S or delivery complication. The 80 subjects were grouped into 40 matched pairs. Each pair was matched on fatigue score at baseline and age.
