Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary OA knee KL III-IV 2.Age 55 to 80 years 3.TKA Waiting List > 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to drug in study Previous interventions on the knee joint Impair Renal Function (GFR < 30 ml/min) Chronic pain not related to knee joint Blood clotting disorders or treated with anticoagulants Uncontrolled diabetes (Hb A1C in last 3 months >= 8%) Hb < 12 mg/dl or Platelet < 150,000 Local wound infection at injection site Autoimmune diseases Pregnancy or Breastfeeding Chronic Liver Disease
