Participants will receive online psychoeducation and relaxation training program (OnPr) which consists of 6 sessions. Each session takes 20-25 minutes. Therapeutic approaches include psychoeducation,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed with COVID-19 and admitted to hospitel 2 Have at least moderate anxiety or depression on DASS-21 3 Be able to communicate in Thai effectively 4 Be able to use line or zoom application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have a history of psychiatric disorder 2 Receive psychotropic medications
