Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 20-65 years old healthy (ASA I-II) consented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: respiratory symptoms respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma) pregnancy cardiovascular diseases allergic to normal saline consent withdrawn
