Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed with COVID-19 2 Receive hospital isolation care for COVID-19 3 Have at least 5 score on ST-5 questionnaire 4 Be able to communicate in Thai effectively 5 Be able to use line or zoom application5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria encompassed individuals who met any of the following conditions: 1) lacked proficiency in the Thai language, 2) experienced visual or hearing impairments, 3) had underlying psychiatric disorders, or 4) used sleep-inducing medications.
