Intralymphatic house dust mite allergen specific immunotherapy at inguinal lymph node Total 3 doses with 1 month interval 1st dose: 10 AU/0.1 ml, 2nd dose: 50 AU/0.1ml, 3rd dose: 150 AU/0.1 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-65 years with house dust mite allergic rhinitis and/or asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous AIT Pregnancy/breastfeeding Comorbidities: Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled asthma, severe renal impairment, active liver disease, malignancy, autoimmune disease Idiopathic anaphylaxis
