Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who 1. 18 years of age 2. Can use LINE and Siriraj Connect application 3. History of chronic non cancer pain of at least 6 months duration eg. chronic back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, postherpetic neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy 4. Non cancer patients who old visit as out patient at pain clinic, Siriraj hospital by mainly drug use 5. Agree to random selection between telemedicine and traditional visit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who 1. Uncontrolled major depression or psychiatric disorders 2. Acute or uncontrolled medical illness 3. Disease aggravated
