Check plasma CMV Viral load monthly for 3 months after transplant,Check plasma CMV Viral load only after absolute lymphocyte count less than 1,000 cells/um for 3 months after transplant

Inclusion criteria: All adult Thai CMV-seropositive SOT recipients

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate, CMV D+/R-, receiving ATG therapy
