Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 -40 years 2. Anterior knee pain at least 3 months 3. Was diagnosed patellofemoral pain syndrome from these following criteria 3.1) KPQ score less than 100 3.2) Retropatellar pain from this 2 activities: running/jumping, stair climbing, squatting, kneeling, prolonged sitting 3.3) Pain during compression of patella 3.4) Tenderness at the aspect of patella from palpation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. LE joint replacement 3. History of gout, RA, osgood-schlatter disease, or Sinding-Larsen-Johansson syndrome 4. History of patellar subluxation or dislocation 5. Previous knee injury 6. Knee inflammation
