Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years, 2. ASA classification I and II , 3. Presence of a maxillary or mandibular posterior tooth to be extracted due to it is evaluated for unrestorable tooth, for instance, endodontic failure, caries and vertical root fracture., 4. Patients who will receive the immediate implant placement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cigarette smoking above 10 cigs/day, 2. Patients with a history of radiotherapy/chemotherapy, 3. Patients with a history of taking oral/IV bisphosphonates, 4. Clinical or radiographic signs of periapical pathology contraindicating immediate implant placement
