Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients department scheduled for bronchoscopy at a King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, 2. can use application line

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who declined to enroll to the study, 2.Patients with history of deaf blind, Severe psychiatric disorder, End of life care,3. cannot use application line
