Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: open pancreaticoduodenectomy performed by young surgeon in Songklanagarind hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: laparoscopic surgery. Operation did not perform by young pancreatic surgeon.
