Healthy patients age between 18-25 years old tongue exercise, tongue strength, tongue endurance, tongue movement

Interventions

The patient in this group will receive tongue strength exercise and exercise instruction from one researcher. Then the patients will be instructed to do the exercise three times a day for 1 months,The

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy (ASA I or II), age 18 to 25 years 2. Individuals who can do tongue wrap 3. Individuals who understand Thai language either reading or listening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have gag reflex 2. Individuals who have a history of orofacial myotherapy or tongue exercise, frenectomy or tongue surgery 3.Individuals who present with facial deformity,connective tissue or muscular disorders 4.Individuals who have a history of craniofacial trauma or oral and maxillofacial surgery(except extraction or surgical removal of wisdom tooth or supernumerary tooth) 5. Individuals who present with mental retardation or psychiatric problem 6.Individuals who present with hypoglossal nerve injury or neurologic impairment 7. Individuals who do not have tooth 11,41 or 21,31
