Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A child has at least one erupted tooth. 2.Caregivers and children reside in the study area for at least 6 months and are able to continue regularly throughout the study. 3. Caregivers can participate in the activity. 4. Caregivers can use Thai language to communicate. 5. Caregiver must not be a health volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital diseases or conditions that affect their oral conditions and daily life, such as epilepsy, asthma, cancer, cerebral palsy, genetic disorder, cardiovascular disorder, intellectual disability, etc. 2. Move out of the area during study.
