Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years or over 2. Has been diagnosed with spinal cord injury or spinal cord pathology such as Paraplegia, Paraparesis, Quadriplegia, Quadriparesis, and Cuada equina syndrome. 3. Has abnormal bowel movements with neurogenic bowel dysfunction score (NBDS) = 1 or higher. 4. No symptom of depression, assessed by using the 2-question (2Q) Depression Assessment Form Subjects and the 9-question depression assessment form (9Q) 5. No cognitive impairment, assessed by using the Thai version of the 6-item Cognitive Performance Assessment Form (6CIT). 6. Able to communicate and understand Thai or local dialect. 7. Willing to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has abdominal surgery less than 6 months ago. 2. Unable to complete research activities.
