Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient admit for more than 72 hours Understand Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transfer to intensive care unit within 48 hours 2. Condition that interfere with body weight 3. Admit for weight control 4. Cannot be monitor body weight
