Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for enrolled patients are 1) Patients are diagnosed as oral lichen planus or oral lichenoid reaction (L43-ICD10) with either histopathological diagnosis 2) Patients are followed up by clinician at least 1 visit and 3) Patients age above 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are 1) patients who are diagnosed as oral candidiasis prior to oral lichen planus or oral lichenoid reaction 2) those who were not prescribed topical corticosteroid to treat OLP and 3) patients with unclearly described clinical manifestation (in case of evaluation candidiasis by clinical diagnosis) and did not further perform laboratory test to confirm candidiasis superinfection.
