Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Closed simple displaced olecranon fracture (Mayo classification type IIA) 2. Age 18 - 75 years old 3. No neurovascular injury 4. The time of injury within 2 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture of olecranon 2. Pathological fracture 3. Polytrauma with other associated fracture 4. Presence of open physis 5. Previous fracture or surgery at ipsilateral elbow 6. Patients with communicating problem such as cognitive impairment 7. Involuntary participate in research
