Interventions

After routine pterygium excision, PRF membrane will be sutured with Vicryl 8-0. PRF membrane obtained by drawing blood and put in centrifuge 1300 rpm for 14 mins then press with PRF box and cut to fit

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary pterygium

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bi headed pterygium Autoimmune disease - SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, Sjrogen syndrome Pseudopterygium
