Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection by RT-PCR on nasopharyngeal swab specimens according to international guidelines at Pattani hospital and Field hospital in Pattani province from March 2020 to May 2020. 2.The patients who underwent baseline CXR at first day of admission and admission records completely available on the hospital information system.

Exclusion criteria: Excluded patients without CXR
