Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>18 years 2. Heart failure patient who met criteria by definition diagnosed over 3 months 3. No previous hospitalization or ER visit for heart failure within 1 month 4. Agree to participate and give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Documented active pulmonary disease such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, asthma, and PFT-proven COPD 2. Contraindication for PFT including recent myocardial infarction, recent thoracic or abdominal surgery, untreated pneumothorax, and hemoptysis
