Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Permanent/temporary staff b) Having worked as flight attendant at least a year prior to the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Flight attendant with rheumatological diseases or spine diseases as diagnosed by doctor. b) Flight attendant who has previous accident or sudden injury that was not work-related (such as sport injury, fracture, dislocation, or tendon tear) c) Flight attendan whose contract of working will end during or before the study period ends.
