Interventions

The control module was delivered as an educational talk in groups. It was given as a one-session webinar via the ZOOM meeting platform, assisted with PowerPoint slides, and took approximately an hour.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees of small and medium-sized food and beverage manufacturers in Selangor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that were employing a certified OSH officer ii. SMEs that were participating in an ongoing safety programme by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia iii. Employees below 18 years of age iv. Employees with limited understanding of the Malay Language since the study instrument and the intervention module are in the Malay Language
