Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage 2. 18-year-old or more 3. Systolic blood pressure 180 mmHg or more 4. GCS more than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy 2. intraventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage 3. Hematoma volume greater than 60 milliliters 4. onset more than 6 hours 5. refer in 6. allergic to Nicardipine 7. unobtainable a consent form
