Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age between 18-75 years 2.ASA 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Total knee arthroplasty both knee or redo operations 2.body weight below 30kilograms 3.allergy to drug in study 4.abnormal neuro exam about leg 5.contraindication for spinal block or regional block 6.patients have communication problem 7.can not operate with spinal block only

accumulated morphine consumption 6,12,48 hours milligrams,pain score 6, 12, 24, 48 hr numeric rating scale at rest and during movement,sensory blockade of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve distribution 30 minutes after block A grading of sensory loss defined as grade 0 (no perception of touch nor cold sensation), grade1 (feeling of a normal touch but no cold perception), grade2 (normal sensation),motor blockade of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve distribution 30 minutes after block A grading of motor defined as grade0 (unable to resist resistance), grade1 (able to resist some resistance), and grade2 (normal power),Adverse event such as post-operative nausea and vomiting, over sedation, respiratory depression, and local anesthetic systemic toxicity from the time of peripheral nerve block until 48 hours postoperatively present/ absent
