Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age between 18-75 years 2.ASA 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Total knee arthroplasty both knee or redo operations 2.body weight below 30kilograms 3.allergy to drug in study 4.abnormal neuro exam about leg 5.contraindication for spinal block or regional block 6.patients have communication problem 7.can not operate with spinal block only
