Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who have been office BP measurements demonstrating a drop of at least 20 mmHg of SBP or 10 mmHg of DBP after 3 min of standing from a supine position at least two visited at the outpatient clinic, 2. stable dosage of antiparkinsonian and antihypertensive medications at least 4 weeks prior to the study, 3. able to stand at least three minutes for BP measured
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities of chronic heart failure, chronic renal failure, amyloidosis, active malignancies, other secondary forms of autonomic diseases, diabetes mellitus or diseases potentially associated with autonomic dysfunction, and parkinsonism plus syndrome
