Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Displaced Femoral neck fracture (AO type 31B1.3, 31B2, 31B3) Age > 70 years old Able to walk with or without gait aid Surgery less than 2 weeks after injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to rehabilitate due to concomitant traumatic injury Active psychiatric illness Active drugs or alcohol abuse Refused to study Pathologic fracture due to tumors,metastasis Active failing contralateral hip prothesis BMI > 40 Failed to spinal anesthesia
