Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic HF under stable clinical condition, aged over 20 and can follow instructions without any mental illness or hearing impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal problem in the lower limb that limits the movement of sit-to-stand or cycling, or any contraindication of exercise testing according to ACSMs Guideline for Exercise Testing and Prescription, the tenth edition will be excluded, such as acute myocardial infarction within 2 days, unstable angina, acute aortic dissection, uncontrolled arrhythmia with hemodialysis compromise, NYHA level IV.
