patients undergoing open appendectomy Intravenous paracetamol, morphine dosage, appendectomy surgery, post-operative pain

Interventions

normal saline 100 ml iv drip every 6 hours with a total of 4 dose,paracetamol (15mg/kg total dose no more than 1g)iv drip every six hours with four doses in total.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I,II,III 2.spinal anesthesia without opioid was performed 3.able to communicate, use the PCA machine, and rating NRS score 4.no history of drugs allergy to morphine or paracetamol 5.normal AST, ALT and creatinine 6.not pregnant or lactation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.opioids was given intraoperative 2.failed spinal anesthesia 3.change the operation 4.other analgesia medication used
