Interventions

Plyometric training program 2 sessions per week, duration 8 weeks. The training program has 2 phases. For the first phase included squat jump, step up jump, ankle hop and lateral bound stick landind.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai patients who undergone unilateral ACL reconstruction after 6-8 months 2.Aged from 18-45 years old 3.Passive knee flexion deficit within 5 degree of the nonsurgical side 4.Passive knee extension deficit within 3 degree of the nonsurgical side 5.Quadriceps muscle strength no less than 60% of the nonsurgical side 6.Pain rating score less than 2 of 10 during a activities of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple ligament and cartilage injury 2.Ankle sprain 3.Rheumatoid and neuromuscular diseases
