Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients given diagnosis of Major Neurocognitive Disorder by DSM-5 Criteria who have a routine follow up at Psychiatric out patient department at Srinagarind Hospital 2. At least one of following symptoms in Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI) . Disinhibition, aberrant motor behavior or Appetite and Eating Behavior.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbidity of Substance use disorder, Delirium, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder 2. Patients who primarily live in nursing care or institutions.
