Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Health care professionals (HCPs) including doctors and pharmacists work at public tertiary hospital in Lao PDR. 2. HCPs who have experienced in the hospital at least 6 months. 3. HCPs who have a role in reporting ADR in hospital. 4. HCPs who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria: 1. HCPs who refuse to participate in this study
