18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age more than 18 years old ,Diagnosed of colorectal cancer 2. Nutritional risk score (NRS) more than or equal 3 3. Underwent elective colectomy and/or proctectomy at Colorectal unit, General surgery division, Department of surgery, Siriraj hospital Mahidol university 4. able to communicate and agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. uninformed his/her diagnosis of colorectal cancer 2. non colorectal resection procedure eg. proximal colostomy, colonic stenting 3. Emergency colorectal cancer surgery eg. perforate, obstruction 4. pregnancy 5. unable to communicate or walk eg. stroke, bed ridden, cognitive impairment etc. 6. limb amputation 7. GFR <30 8. Dysphagia 9. cow milk allergy
