Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among Overweight Students in Northern, Thailand Research Phase 1 is 1. A student in grades 4-6 in Northern, Thailand 2. take part in data recording and parents School administrators allow 3. Ability to communicate and understand 4. There is no underlying disease that interferes with activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who take drugs or supplements that affect obesity, such as steroid drugs, drugs birth control or antidepressants, etc. 2. Lack of providing complete information

bmi (body mass index) at 24 weeks after end of the intervention bmi for age,weight, height measurement

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
body proportions at 24 weeks after end of the intervention 1) Body Fat (biceps, triceps, subscapular and suprailiac) 2) waist circumference 3) waist -Hip circumference ratio,proper food consumption behavior at 24 weeks after end of the intervention behavior questionnaire
