18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged more than 18 years old. 2. Horizontal and mesio angular impacted lower third molar teeth according to Winter classification that require bone removal from around the impacted teeth. Degree of impaction based on Pell & Gregory category (level A or B, class I or II).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patient: 1-Uncontrolled diabetic. 2-Coagulation disorders. 3-Immune compromised patient. 4-Patient treated with amino bisphosphate which affects bone metabolism. 5-Psychiatric problems. 6-Pregnant women. 7- Any medical condition that affects bone healing. 8- Heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes a day). 9.patients with distinct periapical pathology 10.Patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy
