Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults age as 60 years and above 2. First time diagnose as acute myocardial infarction 3. Able to read and write in Thai 4. Orientation 5. No depression symptoms and cognitive impairment (measured by TGDS and TMSE) 6. Vital sign stable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Experiencing critical condition during attending the health education program 2. Refusing to continue the program 3. Incompletion attending the whole program 4. Unable to contact or refuse to complete the post test
