Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighteen healthy dentists, aged 25-32 years old (ASA class I as classified by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA))18 who were training in the pediatric dentistry program at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Mahidol University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, smoking, and any medical conditions
