Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were women aged 18 years and older who had ICIQ-FLUTS score greater than 1 and reported UI at least once in the last 4 weeks, had a smartphone or tablet, fluently communicated in Thai, and were willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded from the study if they were pregnant, or unable to complete the questionnaire.
