Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old 2. Trigger finger at least grade 2 according to Quinnell classification 3. Has only one trigger digit 4. Thai language literacy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous treatment with steroid injection within 6 months 2. Previous treatment with surgery 3. Presence of hand infection 4. Known systemic inflammatory disorders (e.g. SLE, RA, OA, etc.) 5. Known cardiac arrhythmias 6. On cardiac pacemaker 7. On anticoagulants 8. Known thrombotic disorders 9. Malignancy 10. Pregnancy
