Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Normal lung function confirm by spirometry 2) Age between 20-40 years old 3) able to communicate and follow command

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ) History of respiratory and/or cardiovascular disease 2) History of neurological disease which affects breathing mechanic 3) Uncomfortable with mask 4) Have contraindication of MP
