20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) apparently healthy male and female subjects between age group of 20-50 years 2) Independent activities 3) Normal Body Mass Index 4) Annual report of chest x-ray is normal 5) Annual report of electrocardiogram (EKG) is normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Vital sign unstable 2) History of COVID-19 infection 3) Having a chronic disease as follows: (1) Heart disease, including coronary heart disease myocardium Heart arrhythmia, heart valve disease, congenital heart disease and heart infections (2) Osteoarthritis (3) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma (4) peripheral neuropathy (5) Muscular weakness
